• Automatic Lighting (PIR-activated LED lighting): Milli features a motion sensor that turns on the booth lighting upon entry, providing a smooth transition experience between different spaces. The light then automatically turns off when not in use to conserve energy.
• Ventilated Space: Custom-designed airflow vents provide constant natural air circulation. The controlled airflow details of the ventilation fans in each Milli model are in the table.

• Standard colours: 1-2 Weeks
• Non-Standard colours: 16 Weeks

As this is a custom made order it cannot be returned unless in the event of a fault.

CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULING

• Once an order has been confirmed it may not be changed or cancelled. Your purchase is a “customised order” and any change requests will be subject to our agreement.
• Cancellation of your installation date, once agreed will be subject to a surcharge, and rebooking fee.

RETURNS

• In the unlikely event any item arrives with a faults please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email , with photographic evidence of the damage to make a valid claim.
• If our initial investigation does not resolve the matter within 48 hours we will collect the faulty item and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.
