The up and down buttons have been made extra "user-friendly" as they are shaped "according to the function", meaning the user can feel the differences and it is not necessary to look when operating the system.
The DPF1C has a display for height read-out in either cm or inches and memory to store the favourite positions.
The display switches off when not in use thereby saving power in standby mode. As an extra feature, the panel can be used for diagnostics as error codes can be displayed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery is 1 - 2 Days. We charge an additional £60 ex VAT for INSTALLATION SERVICE.
Lead times for larger orders may result in a longer delivery period and these will be advised separately.

RETURNS

If in the unlikely event this item arrives with any faults please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email and photographic evidence of the damaged item to make a valid claim.
If our initial investigation does not resolve the matter within 48 hours we will collect the faulty item and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.
If you have requested a FREE TRIAL, you must inform us within 30 days of delivery and we will collect the item free of charge. PLEASE NOTE our terms and conditions clearly state that any order which includes a voucher code or discount will not qualify for FREE TRIAL.

CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULING A DELIVERY

Once an order has been confirmed it may not be changed or cancelled. Any change requests, if we are able to agree, may result in additional fees and surcharges eg Collection Fee (£12:50 ex VAT) and Redelivery Fee (£12.50).

PLEASE NOTE

Once a Monitor Arm has been installed it may not be returned.
The items must be returned withing 30 days of delivery, and in original packaging. There is a £25 admin fee and you will be reponsable for returning it to us in SALEABLE condition.
We recommend the use of recorded delivery services as we are not liable if your package gets lost on its way back to us.
We only pay for the returning shipping costs if we sent an incorrect item or if the item arrived damaged to our customers.
