DELIVERY TIMES

• Once an order has been confirmed it may not be changed or cancelled. Any change requests, if we are able to agree, may result in additional fees and surcharges eg Collection Fee (£12:50 ex VAT) and Redelivery Fee (£12.50).


PLEASE NOTE
• Once a Monitor Arm has been installed it may not be returned.
• The items must be returned withing 30 days of delivery, and in original packaging. There is a £25 admin fee and you will be reponsable for returning it to us in SALEABLE condition.
• We recommend the use of recorded delivery services as we are not liable if your package gets lost on its way back to us.
• We only pay for the returning shipping costs if we sent an incorrect item or if the item arrived damaged to our customers.
