Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery is 1 - 2 days for Great Britain mainland and up to 4-5 days for Northern Ireland.
Lead times for larger orders may result in a longer delivery period and these will be advised separately.
EU
We can only deliver to business customers outside the UK by pallet for which there is a minimum order requirement of 5 units.
RETURNS
If in the unlikely event this item arrives with any faults please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email and photographic evidence of the damaged item to make a valid claim.
If our initial investigation does not resolve the matter within 48 hours we will collect the faulty item and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.
We accept returns within 30 days delivery. Return shipping fees may apply and you will be required to return the item in saleable condition and in its original packaging to receive a full refund.
Returns from outside Great Britain will incur a charge of up to £80.
